Important Notice to Greenbook Software v4.0 Users: If you encounter the following error while trying to install the Greenbook Software v4.0 "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.O provider is not registered on the local machine," please download the required pre-installation file needed to complete installation. While this file was included in the Greenbook Software v4.0 setup files, some computers do not recognize it and will not install properly without first downloading this file. We apologize for the inconvenience and if you encounter any further issues, please let us know at Greenbook Support.
